We are promised that God will supply our every need. How badly we know to know this truth! We often make the mistake of not believing God will provide and so we live with anxiety and worry. And we often make the mistake of believing God will provide every want instead of every need (the prosperity Gospel). The problem this belief is we turn God into a giant Santa Claus in the sky and become disillusioned when God doesn’t provide us wealth and ease. (Related Scriptures: The Lord’s prayer – “Give us our daily bread.”)
